From industrial engineering to legal consulting, Patinya focuses on how a business works, whether its records reflect what happened and where disputed figures come from.
The office is run directly by Patinya. Its focus includes tax, commercial agreements and disputes, fraud, securities and energy-conservation matters connected with industrial operations.

- Lawyers Council advocacy training certificate, Class 65, 2026
- LL.B., Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, GPA 3.55, 2025 (first-class honours equivalent)
- LL.M. in Tax Law, Ramkhamhaeng University (in progress: DTA and Pillar 2)
- B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering, Kasetsart University, second-class honours, 2010
- Passed AIMC Investment Consultant Paper 1 in 2015. This is an examination result, not an investment-adviser licence.
- English communication: TOEIC score 800

- 13 years of industrial engineering experience at Siam Kubota, Global Green Chemicals and Indorama
- Corporate legal consulting, connecting contractual issues, documents and business operations
- Experience as an assistant to counsel in a criminal securities-law matter involving more than THB 2 billion
- Knowledge of energy-conservation law and factory operations
