What should I prepare for an initial discussion?
Send a brief summary, the parties’ names, relevant location and any appointment or deadline, together with key documents. Scope and conflicts are checked before a matter is accepted.
Can I send a LINE message at any time?
You may message at any time. Replies depend on availability. Include any imminent official appointment or deadline in your first message.
Do you assist with Bangkok, Pattaya and Rayong matters?
Initial assessments cover Bangkok, Pattaya, Rayong and other locations nationwide. Remote discussions are available; meetings and travel are arranged in advance.
Who handles my matter?
Patinya Wongwitit is directly responsible for the office. Any need for additional specialist assistance is discussed with the client first.
How is the engagement scope determined?
It depends on the issue, documents, procedural stage and location. Scope and costs are discussed before the engagement is agreed.
Is English communication available?
Yes, for tax, business-contract and investment-related matters. Keep the original documents even if translations are available.
Which matters are covered?
The focus is tax, business, fraud and securities, with energy-conservation and enforcement matters subject to scope review. Narcotics cases are not accepted.
Can I apply an article directly to my case?
Articles explain general issues and the cited case facts. Documents, dates and applicable law may change the result, so your specific circumstances should be reviewed.
