Pause before sending more money to unlock a withdrawal. Preserve complete conversations and transactions, then connect each representation with the payment it prompted. Contact the relevant bank or authority promptly through independently verified official channels.
Save account identifiers, profile links, group names and timestamps with the messages. Preserve surrounding context, including material that may not favour your position, and retain the original device or files.
Use one row per transaction: date, amount, sender, recipient, account and stated purpose. Include repayments and purported returns so total transfers are not confused with the net loss.
